A new start

This is a life changing year for me, I turn 30!! I know, I know over the hill, but when my one of best friends called me last year crying on her 30th birthday and told me that she was going to spend the day in bed, I knew that I was not going to spend my 30th birthday like that. I have always loved my birthdays. It is my favorite day of the year. I enjoy the cake, going out to dinner, (of course) the presents. My Mom has always made birthdays very special. I have always felt like queen for the day. This year I decided to make the whole year life changing. I have had some very life changing moments this year. (to me anyway) I went back to school and graduated this spring, I bought my first product from e-bay, I bought my first laptop, I changed my career, I cut my hair, I started eating soy (I love it!!) I let my son start trying things on his own (he's almost 13!! I cannot believe that!) and I started my first blog. I turn 30 on August 30th and I cannot wait. It will be the best day and it the start of the best part of the rest of my life.
